1. Order Processing

All Eloris orders are currently taken exclusively via WhatsApp. Once you submit an inquiry through our website, our team will contact you to confirm the details, shipping address, and payment method. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Timelines

We ship pan-India. Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order is handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.
